The Acetaia
Located in the heart of Modena, Acetaia Oro DiVino is the result of the union of two families bonded by their passion for Balsamic Vinegar. For generations, we have passed down the art of producing this precious condiment, combining tradition with innovation to offer an excellent product that tells the story and soul of our land.
Since 1800
A Family Tradition
The union of two families gave birth to one of the oldest acetaie in Modena, with barrels dating back to the mid-1800s. Initially, our ancestors began producing this unique product for the sheer love of it, sharing it with family, friends, and as gifts for nobility.
Over time, and as more barrels were added, Acetaia Oro DiVino slowly took shape, located just outside Modena’s center. Today, thanks to the dedication, tradition, and daily care of Marco, Marcella, and their family, we continue to offer a product of excellence: Balsamic Vinegar.
