Online Purchases
Purchases made on www.acetaia-orodivino.it are governed by these general conditions of sale and the specific terms stated on the site at the time of the order, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (E-commerce). Prices
Prices shown on www.acetaia-orodivino.it include VAT and apply only to online products. Prices will not change after the order is placed. The total order cost includes shipping fees, displayed before confirming the purchase. A receipt will accompany the shipment.

The characteristics of the products are those shown in the online catalog. Colors and aesthetic features may vary due to screen differences or other factors not attributable to Azienda Agricola CM. Some products may have limited availability; if a product is out of stock, the company will contact the customer to arrange a replacement of equal value.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery occurs within one week, unless otherwise agreed. Upon receiving the package, the customer should verify the integrity of the parcel and ensure the number of items matches the order. Any discrepancies must be reported to the courier with the note “Received with reservation for inspection”.
Order Cancellation and Modification
Azienda Agricola CM reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to logistical difficulties, notifying the customer by email.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for Azienda Agricola CM products, as they are perishable goods.

Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping within Italy is free for orders over 40 €. For urgent or international deliveries, shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
